Summary

This study will help doctors to understand people who experience a failure of their automatic body functions. Parkinson's disease (PD) can cause automatic body functions (chronic autonomic failure or CAF), such as blood pressure and pulse rate, to fail to function properly. This study requires participants who are experiencing this problem, as well as healthy volunteers, to undergo a variety of tests over a period of about one week. Various drugs may be administered during the tests. Participants will stay in the hospital during this time.
